Round Checklist

Print this in your head. The how to play essay explains why. This page is what you do before someone else throws.

Every role, first ten seconds

  1. Read the card. Do not type it in chat.
  2. Close the shop if it is still open. Codes wait; see how to redeem.
  3. Leave the spawn color. Standing still is a tutorial death.
  4. Know which perk you own and where the button is. Controls if you do not.
  5. Listen. The first slap is a compass.

If the card says Good Guy

  1. Break line of sight, then pick a second layer: corner plus exit.
  2. Do not glue to the largest pack.
  3. Skip Candy in doorways.
  4. Watch hands, not chat.
  5. Peekaboo only while turning.

Full hide essay: survive. Role sheet: Good Guy.

If the card says Protector

  1. Walk like a Good Guy. Keep the gun boring.
  2. Take a sightline with two exits.
  3. Shoot a throw, not a sprint.
  4. If you miss, Peekaboo and move. You are now famous.
  5. Die, if you must, where a calm teammate can reach the gun.

Full shot essay: protect. Role sheet: Protector.

If the card says Bad Guy

  1. Blend for a few seconds. Do not wind up in the open.
  2. Isolate one player.
  3. Step back. Throw through a gap.
  4. After the first slap, hunt the gun.
  5. If the Protector reveals, Peekaboo or leave the lane. Do not chest-hug a miss.

Full throw essay: win as Bad Guy. Role sheet: Bad Guy.

After the round

  • One note only: whiff, false shot, or packed doorway.
  • If Candy is enough for a perk, open the perk planner, not a crate.
  • If chat pasted a code, check the Codes Hub before you waste the next countdown.
  • If someone popped ESP, change server. Do not answer a cheat with a cheat; the Scripts Hub is the warning, not a shopping list.

Party nights

When two devices are in the same room, agree that you will not call roles out loud. The checklist still works. The review is the parent page if the slap is too much.

Run this list for three rematches before you open another guide. If you still die at step 3, you do not need a new skin. You need to leave spawn. The Tools Hub will still be here when the countdown resets.

If you skip steps, skip from the bottom

Never skip “read the card” or “leave spawn.” You may skip Candy thoughts. You may skip chat. You may skip a perk you do not own. You may not skip listening. A silent Good Guy who moved is already ahead of a loud Protector who is still in the shop. That sentence is the checklist’s entire personality.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How long is this checklist supposed to take?

The first ten seconds after the card, then habits. It is not a mid-round pause menu.

What if I forget the perk bind?

You do not have a perk that round. Fix it in the lobby with the controls page.

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes. Landscape, fire button clear, shop closed before the countdown ends.

Should I check codes during the list?

No. Redeem between matches. Step 2 is close the shop.

What if I draw the same role five times?

Keep the same list. The card did not change the first ten seconds. After the match, open that role’s how-to page instead of inventing new steps.

Can a party of friends run different checklists?

Each device runs the list for its own card. Do not narrate cards across the room. The checklist still starts with silence.
