Candy crates are how Bad Guy Mystery dresses the playground. You finish rounds, hear the jingle, and roll a stick, a duck, or a loud Party Popper. What a crate is

A crate spends Candy and returns a cosmetic. Community writeups call the common box a Tier 2 Candy Crate. The name on your screen may be shorter. Throws that roll from boxes or sit in the catalog:

• Stick, Brick, Fire Extinguisher, Bread, Teddy, Pillow — the everyday set.
• Egg, Duck, Squishy Dumpling — the rarer soft set.
• Party Popper and Water Pistol — Protector guns that announce themselves.
• Nerf Gun — treated as Godly by players, still one shot.

Effects such as a Sleepy trail of Zs exist as shop flavor. They do not hide you from a slap. They can hide the slap’s direction from you. Turn them off if you keep losing tracks on the map.

Dual Wield does not come from a crate. It is a 44 Robux pass on the gamepasses page.

Lite and the Gold Unicorn

On 12 August 2026 the official catalog added Lite at 214 Robux. The live store text lists 1.5× XP, a larger candy bag (30 to 40), and an exclusive Gold Unicorn skin. That unicorn is a pass cosmetic, not a crate chroma. Confirm the wording on dyingblu’s store tab before you buy. Prices move.

Lite does not make throws land. It does not give the Protector a second shot. It does not replace Peekaboo. If a child only wants the unicorn, say that before Robux leaves the account.

What does not drop here

August 2026 articles mixed this place with Murder Mystery 2’s summer event. They listed Vanilla Bean Godlies, Chroma Balloon Swords, flip-flop godlies, and codes such as SUMM3R26 or N30N. Those strings and chromas belong to Nikilis’s game or to invented loot tables. They will not open a Bad Guy Mystery crate. The Codes Hub stays empty until dyingblu publishes a string we can redeem on a fresh account.

There is no verified trading board and no seer price for a Duck. If a video quotes MM2 values, close it. This wiki will not invent a chroma just to fill a table.

Bad Guy chance claims

Some shop rows have been described as a chance boost for the Bad Guy card. Player reports are inconsistent. Do not treat a chance claim as a fourth gamepass. If you want the hunter card more often, rematch. The Roles Hub is still a random deal.

A spending order that stays honest

1. Buy Peekaboo from the perk tier list.
2. Decide whether Double Candy or Lite is worth time you already enjoy.
3. Open one crate when leftover Candy is boring.
4. Equip the model you can see on the weapon tier.
